We've given Eli a few tastes of yogurt, mashed potato, and banana, but this morning he had "proper" baby food (rice cereal) for the first time. It appeared to be quite a hit. Thank goodness, because I am starving all the time and shrinking fast. It's hard to keep up with Eli's appetite on breastmilk alone.
