Yesterday we were joined at the Hitchcock Center by my friend Marie and her brand new baby and her three year old. It was an exceptional day. The kids had a ball at the barns - Ben and Josh herding lambs, Vincent being chased. They "fished" for a long time at a muddy little stream while we chatted and played with the babies. The kids found, and wrecked, many Signs of Spring. They climbed in compost. Ben said the pig's tail was "sticky." Boys are so gross, and so fun.
