It is deeply rewarding to have a good friend for years, and deeply joyful to watch him grow into a family man with a beautiful wife and adorable son, and deeply satisfying to watch my two year old and his two year old run and play together. Less satisfying to watch my two year old knock his over, but that's friendship.... for better or worse!
