Boston Childrens' Museum

Ben had a checkup in Waltham with the Opthamologist. His vision is perfect, everything looks great. Since we were making a trip already, we decided to head into Boston to visit the Children's Museum. We took the commuter rail and the T, which the kids liked. Frankly, the idea of the train, and the waiting on the platform, and seeing the train pull in, were all more alluring than the actual train ride. I think it seemed pretty similar to being in a car to the kids.

The museum has been renovated since we were there last, and some new exhibits had been added, especially a whole section on health/physical activity. The whole museum is very hands-on. There was also a very tall climbing structure.

Josh fell asleep on the Red Line in Matt's arms. The whole day was very exciting.
