Everything was cancelled yesterday, so my Mom came over for a couple of hours, which was great. These kids are WONDERFUL. And very labor intensive. It is nice to have some company, especially on a day when we are snowed in. Mom brought Toby with her, which was very exciting for all of us, including Toby. He took a LOOOOOONG nap after he got home from our house. Mom took the kids out into the snow to romp around.
On a related note, all three children and both adults in our house have just come off of our SECOND CONSECUTIVE NIGHT OF UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP.
I really can't express to you all how totally awesome this is. I feel like a new woman!
